RESIDENTIAL REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

U.S. Water Boys follows the manufacturers warranty regarding its residential R.O. drinking water systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase when installed and operated within specified parameters.


U.S. Water Boys will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective component. This warranty does not cover performance of the disposable sediment filters, carbon filters or membrane element whose service life depend on feed water conditions.

The warranty will be covered on an exchange basis only (no labor, mileage, transportation or freight charges will be reimbursed.) If a complete system or defective part is returned to the factory (freight prepaid), BROMAC CORP. will repair or replace the defective parts at U. S. Water Boys’ discretion, free of charge (except transportation) if the system or part is determined to be under warranty.

This warranty does not extend to any system or component which failed because of occurrences including but not limited to neglect, misuse, alteration, accident, misapplication, substandard feed water, installation by a non-licensed installer, physical damage or damage caused by fire, acts of God, freezing or hot water.

This is the sole warranty made by U.S. Water Boys with respect to the R.O. drinking water system. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, incidental or consequential damages, or other losses.

This exclusion applies to the extent exclusion is permitted by the law.
